Olivetta, created by Matt and Marissa Hermer and helmed by Executive Chef Michael Fiorelli, is a coastal European restaurant open for fine dining and late night cocktails 7 days a week. Tucked away on WeHo's Restaurant Row, the incredibly stylish 150 seat bungalow boasts an atmosphere of carefree sophistication by combining the whimsical elegance of the western Mediterranean with the theatrical exuberance of West Hollywood.

By utilizing old-world ingredients and styles of preparation, Chef Fiorelli has drawn inspiration from the coastal classics of Italy, Greece, France and Spain to create a menu of contemporary dishes with a Californian sensibility.

The bar program, curated by award winning mixologist Melina Meza, pairs familiar favorites with unique ingredients to create cocktails such as a Dirty Martini made with bleu cheese infused dry vermouth, Kalamata olive brine, and a garnish of gorgonzola stuffed Castelvetrano olives.

The Draycott is a California-inspired family-friendly Brasserie in Pacific Palisades, created by Matt and Marissa Hermer. Named as an homage to London’s Draycott Avenue, where the husband-and-wife restaurateur duo first met, The Draycott features wholesome and classic dishes using locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant-café melds the ambiance of Europe with a convivial all-day environment, featuring seasonal lunch and dinner menus served with a British twist.

After moving from London – where Matt and Marissa own and operate award-winning bars and restaurants – to Pacific Palisades, they wanted to create a place that married all the things they love about Southern California and all the things they miss about London.

Claire’s Place Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF). Claire’s Place Foundation is named in honor of Claire Wineland who lived with CF her entire life and passed away at the age of 21 on September 2, 2018.

Claire was an activist, author, TEDx Speaker, social media star and received numerous awards including FoxTeen Choice Awards 2015, Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes, Southbay Magazine’s“Top 10 South Bay Teen”, Looking Beyond LA’s “Soaring Spirit Award and was named Glamour Magazine College Woman of the Year in 2018. Her story was featured on Inside Edition, The Dr. Oz Show, CNN, Huffington Post, ABC News, Cosmopolitan Magazine, People Magazine, Ladies’ Home Journal and many more.

This foundation was a way for her to assure that others living with CF enjoyed the same hope, strength and joy that she enjoyed. Recipient of Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Small Nonprofit of the Year,” the foundation provides grants to families affected by CF, offering both emotional and financial support.

Today, Claire’s Place Foundation continues to carry on Claire’s legacy.
