We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL applicant to fill a Social Media Account Manager role with our close-knit Social Fisch family! Social Fisch is a boutique social media agency with curated clients ranging from hospitality to non-profit organizations, alcohol, and wellness brands. You will be working as the lead contact point for our clients, coordinating between the client and our team to ensure the businesses hit their growth goals and is consistently represented across all channels. Social Fisch is based out of Los Angeles but we have a wide variety of clients in different time zones.

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Manage Social Media Calendars, Copywriting, and Daily Engagement for 5-6 Social Fisch Client Accounts (Hotels, Non-Profits, Alcohol Brands Industries)

  • Develop unique content strategies for each of our clients

  • Build out and pre-schedule monthly content calendars matching photoshoot imagery, sourced imagery, and local content.

  • Be the primary point of contact for the clients; manage information flow as well as updates between Social Fisch & Client

  • Attend all client conference calls, take notes, and facilitate information learned into the content calendars you prepare.

  • Curate, schedule and/or edit content for social media across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook through content management program, Sprout Social

  • Engage with each account on a daily basis, reply to comments, and engage on geo-locations.

  • Anticipate our clients' needs, continuously developing creative ways to improve the client's social media presence and overall goals in coordination with our management team

  • Take extensive, detailed, organized notes during on-boardings of new clients

  • Attend weekly Social Fisch team calls to review any outstanding questions or updates from the previous week, discuss questions you may have at the onset of the current week, and receive regular updates/feedback on your work

  • Be a self-starter. This position primarily works from home, and we don't believe in micro-managing. Do know, though, that you will have very frequent interactions with the rest of the team on a daily basis to carry out the job.

  • Have an eye for branding, possess excellent creative copy writing skills, and harness the ability to curate a beautiful representation for our clients on a digital level

Job Requirements

  • Preferred to have 2-3 years of Social Media Management experience

  • Proven aptitude and skills related to the above responsibilities

  • Bonus points for work experience as a social media manager in travel, hospitality, luxury, and alcohol brands.

  • Preferred but not required: design and photoshop skills, photography interest or experience, and familiarity with design apps like Canva

  • Dynamic, adaptable descriptive and creative writing skills, able to quickly harness the voices of a wide variety of people and brands

  • Particular aptitude with all social media platforms and Sprout Social (a plus!)

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality with high-profile clients

  • College Degree Required

  • Prior Social Media management on a professional level required

Compensation

  • This is a full-time, salaried position (40-50hrs/week)

  • Compensation based on salary history and experience
